I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of Rome. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and other popular sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, well-decorated, and exceeded my expectations. The comfortable bed, rustic charm, and small but functional bathroom made for a pleasant experience. I also appreciated the little touches, like the terrace, television, small fridge, and safe.

The response to our request for more pillows was immediate. The room was quiet, clean, and decorated in a stylish manner. We appreciated the daily cleaning and fresh towels. The host surprised us with a lovely Panettone and a bottle of champagne for New Year's - such a nice touch! We will definitely be back when we return to the city.
